Claudia Scali is a fitness expert and transformation coach. She is the owner of Claudia Scali Fitness and Transformations, an online coaching business helping women achieve their best bodies. She is also the creator of the Social Girl’s Bible, a weight loss program that allows women to maintain a healthy social life while achieving their goals. Claudia graduated with an Honors Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto and spent over a decade working in healthcare. She also spent many years as a competitive dancer and eventually joined the CFL as a part of the Toronto Argonauts cheerleading team. Claudia was a top 20 finalist at the Miss Universe Canada pageant and is currently a provincially qualified fitness competitor with the Ontario Physique Association. She has been featured as a guest on Rogers TV and published as a writer for various fitness and lifestyle magazines such as Inside Fitness Women, Muscle Insider, and Eligible Magazine.
Alyssa is a Holistic Nutritionist, Yoga Instructor and founder of Alyssa Coleman Wellness. Her passion for wellness led her to create the “Anti-diet Protocol”an online nutrition coaching program. Voted Reader’s Choice “Best Nutritionist” in 2016, Alyssa hosts wellness events for global companies like Lululemon and Ivivva, and writes on her award winning blog about living a healthy lifestyle. Alyssa meets with clients worldwide, and has an online community of Free-spirited Babes who she helps to achieve the body they want and a life they love, while breaking the rules of conventional diets.
