Coffee obsessed anyone?
Yas! There is not much I love more than waking up to my morning brew.
buuuut, as much as I’m madly in love with my cup of joe (… do people still call it that?) it’s no secret that it leaves you on a caffeine crash and sometimes a bit jittery. SO I’ve found a way to supercharge my cup of coffee and I’m gonna show you how to hack your morning drink so you can tackle the day.
Coconut Coffee Latte
- 1 cup fresh brewed coffee (preferably organic)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- ½ cup of coconut milk (unsweetened)
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon of maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla
Combine coffee, coconut milk, coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla in a blender or food processor and mix on high speed until frothy. Pour into your favourite mug and sprinkle it with the cinnamon and enjoy! Easy-peasy.

Maple syrup: ok it’s time to switch out refined sugar for maple syrup which besides adding sweetness to your coffee, helps fight free radicals, which make us age much faster (hard-pass-thanks).
